Mental Health Literacy und Diversity. Enhancing Mental Health and Resilience through Digital Resources for Youth

The aim of the project is to promote mental health and mental health literacy among students aged 12-15 years, regardless of their social and cultural background, socio-economic status, special needs, gender identity or sexual orientation. For this purpose, an innovative, adaptive, accessible program will be developed together with the partner countries Bulgaria, Slovenia and Poland. The tool will consider modules to promote mental health literacy, resilience, mindfulness and help-seeking behavior, as well as modules to prevent anxiety and depression. It will be co-developed with stakeholders following a participatory approach and will be implemented in three countries with students from different backgrounds, evaluated for its impact on students’ mental health. The final tool will be freely available in four languages (English, German, Polish, Slovenian).
