Open Science practices in special educational research
With the German translation of the English-language Open Scholarship Survey (OSS), we explore the attitudes, experiences and knowledge of the German-speaking special education research community on Open Science practices. In an initial questionnaire and interview study, we focus on three relevant practices: preprints, preregistration and open data. The survey study focuses on the status quo in special educational research. Subsequently, the needs of researchers at different career stages will be addressed in an interview study. The aims of the project are to reduce barriers and improve the availability of knowledge about open science practices.
